Terms of Service

Fourth Tech provides online training in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and Cybersecurity, including reading-based courses, hands-on simulated labs, assessments, and optional live or coaching services. The simulated lab environments are training tools; they are not connected to any real organization's systems.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.

When you create an account you provide contact details, including a phone number, and you consent to Fourth Tech contacting you by phone, SMS, or email about your enrollment, your courses, scheduling, and relevant Fourth Tech programs. You can update your phone number at any time from your profile, and you can ask us to stop non-essential or marketing contact by emailing us; we will still send the essential account and transactional messages needed to run your enrollment. We handle your contact details in line with our Privacy Policy.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. UK customers are charged in pounds (£); other customers are charged in US dollars ($). The exact amount and currency you will pay are shown before you confirm. Payment is handled by our payment processor; by purchasing you authorize the applicable charge, including any instalment plan you select. Access to paid content is granted after successful payment.

Enrollment in a paid course, career path, certification, or bootcamp gives you access to that program for 6 months from your date of enrollment. This is a 6-month enrollment, not permanent or lifetime access. After 6 months your access ends and you may re-enroll at any time. Free courses and study tools are not time-limited. At checkout we state the price you are paying and confirm the 6-month access term before you agree.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account; scrape or bulk-download materials; attempt to breach the security of the platform or other users; or use the Service to engage in unlawful activity. The offensive-security and forensics topics we teach are provided for lawful, authorized, defensive, and educational purposes only.

All course content, materials, software, and branding are owned by Fourth Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content you have purchased for your own learning. Credentials and certificates we issue remain subject to these Terms.

Certificates issued by Fourth Tech recognize completion of our programs; they are not accredited degrees and are independent of any third-party certification body (e.g., (ISC)², ISACA, CompTIA, EC-Council). We prepare you for such exams but do not guarantee a passing result, certification, employment, or any specific outcome.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Training content is educational and is not legal, compliance, or professional advice for your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourth Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fourth Tech is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Use our Contact page.
