Built by someone who does the work.
Fourth Tech is led by a working Cybersecurity, GRC, and AI practitioner, not a slide deck. Here is who is behind the programs.

Emmanuel Owusu-Kyereko
Founder & Lead Instructor
Fourth Tech exists because its founder spent more than a decade in the rooms where security, risk, and compliance decisions are actually made, and saw how few people had a practical, honest way into that work. He built Fourth Tech to be that way in.
Above all, Emmanuel is a man of faith. He believes in and follows Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, and that faith is the foundation for how he leads, teaches, and serves every person who comes through Fourth Tech.
Emmanuel Owusu-Kyereko is a Cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and artificial intelligence advisory leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen security programs, manage regulatory requirements, improve governance, and navigate complex technology risks.
He has led and supported Cybersecurity, compliance, third-party risk management, audit readiness, and information security initiatives across government, financial services, healthcare, technology, and critical infrastructure environments. His expertise spans Cybersecurity strategy, NIST RMF, CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, third-party risk management, cloud security governance, and artificial intelligence governance.
He currently serves as a university lecturer teaching Artificial Intelligence and Digital Trust in the workforce, and advises organizations on responsible AI adoption, AI governance, risk management, and emerging technology strategy.
As founder of Fourth Tech, and its sister advisory practice Fourth IT, Emmanuel leads work across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, and emerging global markets. Everything he teaches comes straight from this work.
