    Cloud Foundations and Global Infrastructure

    Every cloud decision rests on a clear picture of how a provider's global infrastructure is laid out and who secures what. This module maps regions, Availability Zones, and edge locations, then draws the line between what the provider secures and what you own across the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS service models. You leave with the mental model and vocabulary the rest of the course builds on.

    Compute and Storage in Depth

    Compute and storage are the workhorses of every cloud system. This module compares virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions, then object, block, and file storage, always tying the choice back to the concrete workload requirements of cost, control, and scaling.

  3. 03

    Cloud Networking

    A workload is only useful once traffic can reach it safely, and networking is where many designs quietly break. This module builds a virtual network from the ground up: subnets, route tables, security groups, and gateways, then adds load balancing, DNS, and connections back to on-premises. You will trace a request from user to workload and back.

    Identity and Well-Architected Design

    Two concerns cut across every AWS service: who is allowed to do what, and whether the whole design holds up under real conditions. This module builds least-privilege access with IAM users, groups, roles, and policies, then reviews a complete architecture against the six Well-Architected pillars. By the end you can defend both the permissions and the shape of a design, not just assemble the parts.
