   Setting Up the Cloud Environment

   This module gets you comfortable with the foundation every Google Cloud project sits on: the resource hierarchy, projects, billing accounts and budgets, and the tools you use to manage them (Cloud SDK, gcloud, and Cloud Shell). You will follow one team as they stand up a brand new environment from scratch. By the end you can explain how organizations, folders, and projects fit together, link billing safely, and grant a new team just enough access to start working.

   Planning & Configuring Resources

   Learn how to choose the right Google Cloud building blocks before you deploy: which compute platform fits your workload, which storage and database services match your data, and how to design VPC networking and firewall rules. This module maps directly to the ACE "planning and configuring a cloud solution" objectives.

   Deploying & Implementing Solutions

   This module shows you how to actually stand up workloads on Google Cloud: virtual machines and managed instance groups, GKE clusters and Kubernetes workloads, and the serverless trio of App Engine, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions. You will also deploy data services like Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub, automate everything with Deployment Manager and Terraform, and wire up the networking that connects it all. By the end you can pick the right compute and deployment tool for a scenario and describe the steps to deploy it, which is exactly what the Associate Cloud Engineer exam tests.

   Ensuring Successful Operation

   This module shows you how to keep Google Cloud workloads running smoothly day to day: managing Compute Engine instances, snapshots, images, and autoscaling instance groups; operating GKE nodes, pods, and scaling; tuning storage, database, and networking resources. You will also learn the observability toolkit, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, dashboards, alerting policies, and uptime checks, so you can spot trouble before users do. Everything is framed around a small team running production workloads so the exam concepts stick.

   Configuring Access & Security

   This module teaches you how to control who can do what in Google Cloud using Identity and Access Management (IAM), service accounts, and organization policies.
